The food was quite tasty. But they stars aligned so that they fell down on the details not once, but several times. They lost our reservation, one of the dishes was wrong, the wrong wine came out, and I think our server had a migraine. All things that can happen to a good restaurant on a bad day... it just happened to be my first visit.

Still- if you lose a reservation, and you have a table open, why would you argue with the patron? Just seat them- everyone saves face. Don’t make me uncomfortable before I’ve even sat down, please. I’ll be back, but probably not soon.

The restaurant that first convinced me that expensive restaurants could be worth it. Outstanding in every way.
