Definitely a DC see and be seen hot spot, spacious, reasonably comfortable, high end creative dishes, with an emphasis on seafood. Somehow, though, DC Coast left me cold, in no way I can easily quantify. But the food was almost flawless. Not for the faint of palate or light of wallet.
