Guajillo

I’ve eaten at Guajillo four or five times now, yet somehow the details of what I eat always escape me. In general I’d say go for the specials, as they tend to be more interesting.

The margaritas are fantastic. I might even go so far as to say that they’re the best I’ve ever had.

[original review 1/5/2004 follows] I waited too long to write a detailed review, so all I can say is this one’s a keeper. If you’ve never had authentic Mexican food (as opposed to Tex-Mex or Southwestern), you’re in for a treat.
