Santa Rosa Seafood

The ceviche was tangy and tasty and full of fresh seafood. My fish was appropriately spicy. All in all, a pleasant experience save for the fact that we chose to eat outside when it really needed to be 5 degrees warmer to be comfortable eating outside. Will rectify that next time.
