Tosca

One of the best Italian restaurants in DC. Very refined, quiet ambience, not showy like Teatro Goldoni or Cafe Milano. Very refined food for the refined palette, and for the well-padded wallet. A special occasion place. Went here for our anniversary two years ago; if I remembered better what I ate, I’d write a detailed review, and possibly rate it a 9.
